The following terms and conditions apply to any activity that you book with Prague Party. Please read them carefully. If any of the articles aren´t clear, please contact us for further clarification.
In order to book an activity with Prague Party client can either fill out the enquiry form or contact us directly through phone or email.
After the booking is made, the client will have two options. First option is to pay the total amount for the activities in advance over a link that will be sent to him, or use a bank transfer, or pay with paypal.
The second option is to pay a 15% deposit from the total of booked activities in advance and pay the rest in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the activity is rewarded with full refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity is rewarded with no refund.
All our vehicles are insured, but we highly recommend you to have a proper travel insurance for your stay in the Czech Republic.
The clients will be asked to sign a disclaimer before the beginning of certain activities. If the document is not signed, the client will not be able to participate in the activity and will not be refunded.
The length of the activities is approximate and can get longer due to traffic.
The Provider is not responsible for any problems caused by traffic, as we are unable either to influence or to anticipate these.
